What to Expect from HyperOS 3
Based on Android 15, Xiaomi HyperOS 3 introduces better multitasking, enhanced privacy options, AI-powered optimizations, and smoother system animations. It also strengthens the HyperConnect ecosystem, allowing seamless communication between phones, tablets, TVs, and AIoT devices.
However, Xiaomi’s internal testing reportedly slowed down recently, which could slightly adjust the December release timeline depending on verification results.

The rollout will begin in China first, followed by a global release in early 2026. POCO and Xiaomi phones sold globally will get the stable version after carrier and regional certifications are completed.
